Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please read the product description for the items you purchase before checkout. Customers not reading and understanding what they are buying is the number 1 reason for returns and it costs everyone involved time and money.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It also can not have been installed or modified in any way shape or form.
Once an item has been received and processed for return, a refund will be given. If Paypal was used, then Paypal will be used for your refund. If you paid cash, check, or with a credit card, a company check will be issued for the amount of the refund. Please note that no shipping cost will be refunded on any orders.
Restocking Fee
There is a 15% restocking fee for items returned because a customer changes their mind or did not read the product description. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Financing
All Finance sales are final, Snap, Klarna, and Acima. Please ensure that your order is correct when you sign your paperwork for your invoices. This does not count if incorrect items were shipped, or damage was caused to items during shipping.
